In accordance with article 13 of the aforementioned Regulation, we wish to inform you that Operamed Srl processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, collaborators and visitors to our site, as well as of persons who have voluntarily communicated their personal data directly, by telephone, fax, e-mail or chat. According to the Regulation indicated, Operamed Srl guarantees that the processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, respect for personal identity and the right to protection of personal data, with particular reference (ref. Art. 5 - Principles relating to processing of personal data) to the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, limitation of storage, integrity and confidentiality.

This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to Regulation 679/2016 to those who interact with the web services of Operamed Srl, accessible electronically from the address:
The information is provided only for the site and not for other websites accessed by the user through links. The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "controller" of the data processing is Operamed Srl, which is located in Via Cesare Battisti, 31/C 35010 Limena (PD).

Data processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned offices of Operamed Srl and is carried out only by technical staff of the Office in charge of data processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment..
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or the sending of personal data and not in chat involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message or in the content of the chat. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed in the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

No personal data of users is acquired by the site, unless specific voluntary consent is given during a chat, telephone call, email or other means of communication. Persistent cookies are not used to track users. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient exploration of the site. Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms to Operamed Srl or indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the information requested. For the sake of completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not the object of the ordinary management of this website) the Authority may request news and information in order to control the processing of personal data. In these cases, the response is mandatory, under penalty of administrative sanction.

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time, pursuant to Articles 15 to 21 of Regulation 679/2016 to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin (so-called Access Art.15), verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or Rectification (Article 16). In accordance with the following articles you have the right to request Erasure (art.17), Restriction (art.18), Portability (art.20), Object (art.21).
