Operamed has been present at the event BIM for Manufacturing, in Vicenza, last March 21.
Operamed, Italian company leader in the construction of prefabricated operating rooms, was invited to present its Case History at the BIM for Manufacturing convention in Vicenza, last 21 March. During the speech the BIM Manager Andrea Agostini explained in detail the advantages obtained through the BIM implementation in the Company.
Operamed in the last year made a considerable effort to implement BIM technology in the company, in order to adopt an innovative and advanced approach in the management, planning and realization of its works.
The application of the BIM methodology is innovative and interesting not only for design phases but also for the management phases production.
Digitization led to reduction of time and refining of methods necessary for the design. It has improved the processes related to production, increasing productivity and quality of the final product.
